There is no off-the-shelf programme here. Karl will take time to understand your game, your patterns under pressure, and where the gaps are between your practice performance and what happens on the course.
Karl begins by understanding how you think, what your self-talk looks like under pressure, and where your attention tends to go at the critical moments.
You will leave with practical, instantly applicable tools — pre-shot routines, attention anchors, and recovery strategies that work in real conditions.
Limiting habits and patterns that have been holding your game back will be identified and systematically replaced with new routines that lead to better performance.
Coaching does not end when a session does. Karl provides back-up between sessions so the work continues to embed as you play and practise.
